At Quadra, we understand that each client will have different requirements when it comes to our services. We offer continued support to the majority of our clients, either sharing or taking sole responsibility for their ongoing digital marketing campaigns. However, some clients need short-term support, either to achieve a successful one-off campaign or like Jersey Choice, launch their new business.
Jersey Choice contacted us to produce a strategy for the launch of their new business Garden Wants. As a mail-order gardening company who receive much of their business from seasonal catalogues Jersey Choice had always preferred traditional, offline marketing methods. Unlike their other brands Jersey Plants Direct and Gardening Direct, Garden Wants planned to target a younger audience meaning an optimised online presence was essential for a successful launch.
We started by auditing Jersey Choice's current digital marketing processes, delivering reports with recommendations for their PPC, analytics, social media and email marketing. By analysing their approach we were given an insight into their current practices, this was then followed up by consultations with each member of their team to identify gaps in their skills and find out which areas of digital marketing they were hoping to improve in.
From this information we planned bespoke training sessions, offering both basic and advanced sessions in PPC management (including Google Adwords and social advertising), SEO, web analytics, content and social media marketing. Initial training was based on their team's digital marketing work for Jersey Plants Direct and took place before the launch of Garden Wants to ensure they were comfortable with their strategy.
This was followed up after launch with more advanced training that focussed on the work they had done so far on Garden Wants, allowing them to further refine their skills and ongoing digital marketing efforts.
